The HomeChoice APD System usually recovers from the System Error. Device
swaps are necessary only if the System Error repeats with different disposables.
SYSTEM ERROR nnnn
Message Display:
Cause: A problem occurred inside the system in the current cycle or
over several cycles.
To Correct: 1. Press
STOP to mute the alarm.
2. Write down the System Error number and therapy
phase that appears on the display screen.
3. For instructions and assistance, contact Baxter
Technical Assistance at the number listed in
2.2, Numbers to Call for Assistance, on page 2-1.
4. Follow the instructions from Baxter Technical
Assistance. Your next steps will vary, as shown in
Table 18-2.

Otherwise treat as a System Error.
